For a long time, my life looked successful from the outside. I had the career, responsibility, and momentum. I also knew what it was like for success to pull a person away from themselves.
My work began with capable people who are not failing, but are no longer internally aligned with the way they have been performing, deciding, leading, and carrying pressure.
