What This Is

The Private Leadership Reset is a 12 week private 1 to 1 coaching container for leaders who want decisions to feel calm again and leadership to cost less energy.

This work does not add strategies.
It does not push performance.
It does not ask you to become someone new.

It removes internal friction.

When internal agreement is restored, clarity returns. Authority stabilizes. Momentum follows without force.

Who This Is For

This private reset is designed for leaders who:

• Are capable, respected, and functioning well
• Notice leadership feels heavier than it should
• Are tired of internally negotiating before acting
• Sense something no longer fits, even though nothing is “wrong”
• Want calm, owned decision making without pressure or hype

You don’t need to be in crisis.
You do need to be honest.

This work is not a fit if you are:

• Wanting quick fixes or external answers

• 12 weeks of private 1 to 1 coaching
• Fixed start date…April 6th, 2025
• Limited to 3 private clients
• Investment…$2500

This is a paid private container.
There are no scholarships for this intake.

The application exists to ensure alignment and timing…for you and for the work.

If accepted, you will be invited to a short alignment conversation before enrollment.
